NC-2009 IEQc4.1:Low-Emitting Materials—Adhesives and Sealants

Spray adhesives has VOC Contents and GREENGURAD certificate also. This material can be use?

My project located in South Korea. So I often fall into difficulties to interpretation manufacture data.

The material is "Scotch-WeldTM Hi-Strength Postforming 94 CA".

As per the LEED reference guide, "Aerosol Adhesives must comply with GS-36".

But this 3M material has voc 76g/l and GREENGUARD Certificate.

Is this material can be use EQc4.1?
