The ceiling of the warehouse is supplied with smoke vents. The smoke vents play role in fire protection, provide daylight and water protection. They consist of PVC profiles, polycarbonate sheet, window sweep and control system (the role of the system is to open the vents in a case of a fire). My question is – do above described vents need testing for general emissions evaluation? If yes, does these requirement concerns the whole vent or only its parts (for example control system can be excluded)?
Thank you in advance for your answer.
