I'm not aware of one. In our office, we use our home-grown LEED checklist that indicates whether a credit is met via CALGreen compliance. It helps to defend the LEED process when the value engineering spotlight is pointed towards it. Although CALGreen borrows liberally from LEED, they are structured and applied differently, and are therefore tricky to compare side-by-side.
Is this for a specific project, or are you trying to more broadly understand the cost or effort differential between CALGreen and LEED?
Are you considering the differences between CALGreen Mandatory Minimum, Tier 1, and/or Tier 2?

We did a comparison of LEED 2009 and CALGreen (v2011 + interim code changes for 2012). It's not current with the most recent CALGreen 2013, but really not that much has changed to the nonresidential code, so it's hopefully still useful. http://www.stopwaste.org/resource/policies/calgreen-companion-guide-leed...

Many thumbs up for Mr. Sullens and the StopWaste LEED/CALGreen comparison document. I especially like the "Documentation Equivalency" column on the CG checklists. I think with a little bit of tweaking, Gaston could easily reconcile this with CG 2013 + 7/1/15. Wes, is StopWaste working on a LEED v4/CALGreen 2016 update?
