Hi Fellow LEED Users,
Am I correct in saying that for a High-Reflectance Roof, a roof full of PV can not be consider? As SRI works different with PV.
Any clarification would be great.

As in v2009, you would not consider solar panels in your calculations for roof. "Applicable roof area excludes roof area covered by mechanical equipment, solar energy panels, skylights, and any other appurtenances." However because LEED v4 combines roof and non-roof measures, compliant hardscape area (paved roads, sidewalks, courtyards, and parking lots) will be very important if your project pursues this credit.

Man, I was just about to answer the same thing. I would add that you may want to contact GBCI and ask how you should document your compliance if your roof is truly entirely covered (parapets, too?). I had a sort of similar circumstance on a different credit, where all signs pointed to compliance, but it seemed like there was no way to document our compliance in the Reference Guide or on the template. I asked GBCI for guidance, and they sent back instructions on exactly how to submit it.
