questions:

1. Our current total area of the model: Total Building Area: 191.5 m2, Net Conditioned Building Area: 141.90, Unconditioned Building Area: 49.60m2, 2 Floor

So is the HVAC system Baseline select PSZ-HP? But our model is a split-air conditioner to comparing the PSZ-HP, PSZ-HP fan power consumption will be greater than split ac?

2. If the PSZ-HP system, Baseline fan power calculation mode uses EnergyPlus_Fan_Energy_Calculator2.xlsx tool and flow to calculate the fan efficiency and static pressure. Is it correct?

1. Looks correct for an electrically heated building. The baseline fan power will probably be greater. 2. I am not familiar with that tool.

Thank you very much for Marcus. The question 2 should be calculated automatically by (v4_Minimum Energy Performance Calculator_v05. xlsx). EnergyPlus_Fan_Energy_Calculator2.xlsx tool can also be calculated static pressure. thanks.
