Hi there,
We are working in an office building with large open spaces. In the center of these open spaces there are some meeting rooms, 100% surrounded by transparent glazing. Views from the interior of these meeting rooms to the exterior are unobstructed and clear but it is through two glazing’s: the glazing that assures the partition between the meeting room and the open-space and the exterior glazing.
The question is: if the view from the meeting rooms respects the criteria to be classified as Quality View, can we classify the meeting rooms as compliant spaces for Credit EQ c8 Quality View (despite the glazing partition)?
Thanks in advance,

Yes, there would be views from the meeting rooms which would meet the credit requirement. When a view to a space has to go through more than 2 layers of interior glass, then it would not be acceptable.
