Appointment of CxA for Enhanced Commissioning

My project is about to complete the Design Development stage and CxA is to be on-board soon. However, we are expecting to meet the target of getting a commissioning design review before the mid construction documentation process. The Owner has also committed to incorporate the suggestions and changes under tender addendum. Given this, can I pursue Enhanced Commissioning credit.
