Dear,

I am working on a residential project served by VRF system. The fresh air stream is mixing with the return air before each space's FCU.

The people profile is varying from 30% to 80% during the day, consequently, I have to maintain the fresh air requirements for each space.

My approach now for proposed and baseline that FCUs' fans are working ON-CONTINUOUSLY (HVAC fans are working 8760 hrs). Assuming that the project does not have unoccupied period.

Noting that, the cooling coil temperature is varying based on the Design room temperature for the proposed and baseline model.

 Is this approach correct?
