I am trying to determine what are the minimal requirements needed to meet this credit. This actually stems from a current project (which is probably unlikely to be eligible) but is now more a general question. Would the following help establish compliance -
1. Since the Bicycle network allows a combination of trails, designated bike lanes and slow-speed streets, may I count on slow-speed streets only to form this network? There would be no demarcated bike lanes anywhere.
2. Secondly, the network must connect to at least one of the eligible destinations which include 10 diverse uses or a transportation stop. Would it suffice to have just one eligible transportation stop on the 3-mi bike network?
