Mid-Rise-v4 EAp2:Energy metering

How to Model unit heater in Basel & Proposed model following 90.1-2010?

In my Proposed model(Design) I have DOAS with gas heating, VRF Fan coil units & Electric Unit heaters. following ASHRAE-90.1-2010,

  • In Baseline for electric unit heater Shall I model Sys-9 Or 10 ?
  • Since in Proposed the utility as gas & electric (Hybrid) we need go with Sys-9(heating type fossil fuel) & follow same/identical system in Baseline?
  • Both Baseline & Proposed as Sys-10(heating type electric)?

I would appreciate it very much if you could help me with this question.
