I'm working on a grocery project. Cooking will be a significant energy load, exceeding 10%, and will be gas-dominant. There are a handful of electric cooking devices that will account for 1-2% of the total cooking load. Any intel on whether we'd need to meter the electric cooking in order to comply with the Advanced Metering option? In reading some NC threads on this credit, it seems like no (especially with such a tiny load) ... but I'm not finding any specific threshold for making this decision.
