In our project we have almost all the roof covered with PV Panels. When we exclude the Skylights and PV Panels area,the remaining part is just 5%, mostly on the edges of the roof.

So if we just comply with %5 of the roof with SRI values, we will be able to get the credit? On the paper it seems like that but I asked because it sounds like a bit not logical. Maybe someone has a similar experience about it?

I know of no minimum square footage requirement for compliance. If the remaining roof area not covered by PV is compliant with the SRI values, you should be able to achieve this credit.
