Hello,
When filling out this calculator, am I to list every single item (within CSI Divisions 3-10) in the "materials" tab that was installed on this project? Or am I only including those items that are actually contributing to either the MR C3 (EPD), MR C4 (Sourcing of Raw Materials), or MR C5 (Material Ingredients) credits? Per the instruction on the excel spreadsheet, "All permanently installed building products contributing toward credit compliance are required to be included..." I just want to confirm, as I have been told various things.
Thank you,

Hi Christina,
You have to list all materials, not only those contributing to the credit.

Hi Nadav, We've actually run into issues by doing this on projects. It seems that GBCI does not typically expect the calculator to list all materials and actually gets suspicious when it does. We have always done it the way you suggest in the past (for years, actually, with no problems) but recently have been getting comments from GBCI and instructed to only include the materials that contribute to the credits so that the two total costs (total materials cost and total value of sustainable materials) do not match. Do others have any experience with this?
