Office/Industrial Mix - AEDG for Small to Medium Office Buildings

Hello

I am working a building which is part office (30% of building area) and light industrial (70% of building area).

The overall area is approx 3000 m2.

Is the project eligible for AEDG for Small to Medium Office Buildings?

Martin, I think it might be hard to make your case since the square footage is so dominated by industrial use.
