How "Uber" can serve the quality transit?

Hello,

 

Can the service provided by "Uber", for instance, considered as a rideshare? if so, how can I determine the minimum weekday and weekend trips per day? Which kind of doucuments I should submit?

Hi Ahmed. No, I'm afraid not. Services like Uber do not qualify as rideshares.
