The EBOM templates are really lousy. The reviewers love them and it is really difficult to get a plan/policy approved if you do not follow the template. But in real Life they are no good, why can we not write plans and policys the same way we do for ISO 14001 and ISO 9001 and why can we not have more flexibility when it comes to choosing relevant areas to include in the policy. For site management it is a large difference if you have extensive green areas or only a standard sedum green roof. And how come it is so dofficult for reviewers to understand that we very rarely have any problems with pest.
If we where allowed to develop relevant plans there is a much larger chance it will be implemented and used.
