ND-v4 MPR2:Must use reasonable LEED boundaries

LEED ND v4 MPR2 project area

Hi,

In the MPR of LEED ND, it is written'Projects may have enclaves of non-project properties that are not subject to the rating system, but cannot exceed 2% of the total project area and cannot be described as certified'. Here does the toal project area mean the total floor area?

There are some buildings not belnging to the developer who will apply for the LEED ND, but for a continuous boundary line, we must include them into the boundary line.

Thank you.

Wenting, the reference to 'project area' means project land area, measured in hectares or acres. In the case of existing buildings to be excluded, it is necessary to exclude the platted parcels on which they are located, so that the enclave boundary follows a platted property line, which is required of all project boundary lines.
