Overall system (meaning Manf can report as applied total g/L VOC, which takes into consideration how much of each component is used in a weighted VOC calculation) or individual resinous floor components each need to comply with wet applied VOC (g/L) limit. LEED BD+C Reference guide notes SCAQMD & CARB options for compliance. Using SCAQMD R1113 June 2011 limits, that means 50g/L max under the current limit for "Floor Coating" product classification: http://www.aqmd.gov/docs/default-source/planning/architectural-coatings/...
For this product category, CARB 2007 VOC limits appear slightly more lenient, with 100g/L max permitted: https://www.arb.ca.gov/coatings/arch/Approved_2007_SCM.pdf
ALSO, general VOC emissions (Tvoc - mg/m3) test data needs to be documented for the flooring system. The simplest option is to seek a product that has equivalent 3rd party certification, such as current Green Guard Gold or SCS Indoor Advantage Gold certification. Otherwise, check Manf website or contact Manf to acquire lab issued test report/memo or formal Manf letter summarizing the test results, clearly citing the reported results are in accordance with the test duration / test space classification (private office, etc) in accordance with BD+C Reference guide criteria.
