I am current working on a project looking for certification under LEED V4.
The interior zones will be most office spaces but the exterior areas are mostly 2 uncovered loading bays for load/unload materials, storage and car washing.
In terms of lighting power allowance, how should I classify these areas? Could they fall under the exemption predicted in 9.4.3.g ("lighting for industrial production, material handling, transportation sites and associated storage areas")?
Or should they be considered similar to "loading areas for lwa enforcement, fire, ambulance and other emergency vehicles"?
Can somebody help?
