LEED Rating System Selection

EB O+M recertification after renovation

An existing office building, LEED EBOM GOLD certified in 2014, is going to be renovated now. Owner wants to hold the certificate but I think a recertification is not possible because of the complete renovation. So choice is now between a new EBOM certificate or f.e. IDC. Some tips what best to do now? Tank you very much.

Michael, based on the FAQ found in this LEEDuser Tipsheet, you can still use EBOM even if there is construction during the performance period.
