certification of rubber acoustic underlayment

Hello!
I would like to ask a question about requirements for rubber acoustic underlayment used under vinyl floor. Is the certificate obligatory for such material? If yes which certificate should we obtain – FloorScore, Green Label Plus or Emicode EC1 PLUS (project is conducted under LEED  v3).
