Dear Concern:-
we are working in a major renovation project so it is difficult to manage the runoff however we are reduce the runoff volume compared to pre-development by GI & LID
we have following queries all about option - 2
1.The runoff after renovation can not increase compare with runoff before renovation, is it enough to get this credit (Landscape area increased so runoff in post development reduce by 3% compare with pre development)
2.It is already have maximum landscape, GI & LID techniques so it is difficult to manage the entire runoff
3.is it correct way to compare pre-development and post development for achieve this credit

Option 2 requires you to manage the difference between the natural condition hydrology (pre) and the post development hydrology.
FYI....pre-development means before the site was ever developed, not before you developed it.
You need to run a continuous simulation model for this option (EPA SWMM, PCSWMM, etc)
