Is all solid wood considered inherently non-emitting? I’ve seen sources that say only solid wood flooring counts as inherently non-emitting.

My retail project has metal furniture that is powder coated. it is my understanding that this would qualify as "inherently non-emitting sources" per LEEDv4 and would not be subject to the BIFMA furniture testing standard. Would you concur?
