why is the no information  required to enter in design water calculation to accomodate visitors? 

Please note we have visitor column in calculation sheet.

Kindly clarify?

In the calculations you note the quantity of visitors and that is converted to FTE. You don't need to enter in the exact fixtures usages for the visitors in the calculator because it just treats them as a FTE. For example - if you have 8 visitors/day for 1 hour/day each. Then that is considered 1 person for 8 hours aka 1 FTE.
