Locate Long-term bicycle parking in basement for residential building

Hi, my project is residential building with 3 basements for parking. Is it a must to locate long-term bicycle parking close on the ground floor? Can I consider functional entries are lift lobbies in the basements and locate long-term bicycle parkings in 3 basements, and close to the lift lobbies for LEED v4? Thank you

Hi Hieu, By lift lobbies, do you mean elevators? I don't think those count as functional entries, but if the design intends for bikes to be taken into the elevators, I think that part would be fine. If you're concerned that your bike parking now goes outside the maximum distance from functional entrances required by this credit, I would ask GBCI. Hope that helps!
