This project is in an area where no utility provider program is available yet. So preparing the system and a demand reduction plan would earn one point. My question is for how long the peak demand needs to be reduced, e.g. 15 minutes, 4 hours?
The project uses concrete slab cooling, so the thermal intertia of the slabs would allow to switch of chillers for some time with little comfort reduction, but probably not very long.
Does anyone knows details? I could not find any.

That will vary depending on the program. Typically you must be able to reduce your peak by a certain amount for several hours at a time.
