Hello there,
we have a core and shell project that is currently under construction and has several tenant spaces. A few of these spaces already has signed tenants.
Under the timeline and team section of the reference guide states "The guidelines should be made available to tenants as part of the lease negotiations and must be provided prior to the start of any tenant design work."
If the tenants already began their tenant design work then is it too late to pursue this credit?
