When pursuing additional source control monitoring, is there any guidance on it to show what sources you should consider or look at?

I'm looking for some guidance similar to A (Exterior Contamination Prevention) which has a Table full of standards which apply for pollutants, and their maximum concentrations.

We have a single room dedicated to hazardous goods, but I'm worried that there might be other spaces within the building that might require 'additional source control monitoring'. We haven't been able to identify any others apart from the hazardous goods store.
