The Project is composed of 2 separate buildings connected together with 2 floors of underground garage and 8 floors of skyway.
The certification includes 1 building, the part of the underground garage and the part of the skyway.
The skayway begins at 3rd floor and is composed of office rooms with corridors.
My question is:
should the building footprint be defined just by the walls of the ground floor of the building or should it be defined by the projection of the 3rd floor?
Under the skyway is pedestrian area ( pavement)
