We are working on a core and shell project which currently has no indoor plumbing fixtures installed. So we have just one sub-system to meter (irrigation). If we have a meter installed on the water supply line that will cater to plumbing fixtures to be installed by future tenants, will that count as a second sub-system being metered? This meter will currently not be used as there is no water supply provided for the building, but will be in place to meter the water usage when the future tenants install their plumbing fixtures?
Will this be acceptable for the credit, or is the project considered not eligible since it does not have two sub-systems to meter in the core and shell phase?
