Innovation Credit Design for Active Occupants

Hi. In a school project with more than one building pursuing separate LEED certifications under the same Campus Master Site, can the requirement for recreation space be met for all buildings if the single available space (i.e. a sportshall) is present in only one of the buildings but is accessible to the occupants of all buildings?

That sounds like a reasonable approach to me, but it's not 100% clear based on how the credit is written. You might want to confirm with USGBC.
