Hi,
We have a project with multiple low-rise buildings that wants to pursue LEED Homes. The project will be registered as bulk registration and opt for Batch Certification. There are 3 different types of buildings and these types are repeated to get a community of more than 10 buildings.
The Registration for LEED Homes says it is $900 for each project. For bulk registration in such cases, where similar building types are repeated, is it considered a single project with a fee of $900 for the entire project or would the Registration fee have to be paid individually for each of the 10+ low-rise buildings?
Thanks.

Mugdha,
I realize you have likely moved on from this question since it was posted over a year ago. But, I will answer anyways, in hopes that it might assist someone else with the same question.
When registering, even in a bulk registration, the fee is per building. See here: https://new.usgbc.org/cert-guide/fees#homes. The monetary savings happens when you batch certify where the fee goes down when more than 50 units are submitted for certification at the same time.
