NC-2009 IEQc4.1:Low-Emitting Materials—Adhesives and Sealants

CALGreen Alternative Compliance for IEQc4.1 and 4.2

I'm aware of the CALGreen Alternative compliance path for achieving these two credits, but the requirement states that an approved building permit or final certificate of occupancy in order to be compliant. Might a letter of substantial completion from the architect comply with this requirement?

If you do not have your Occupancy certificate and are ready to submit for first review, yes, upload the substantial completion documentation, and if not sufficient, it will appear in your first review.
