Our project is looking at the "Never-Seez NS-160 Regular Grade Compounds" which is wet-applied onsite within the weatherproofing membrane. Past posts from from v2009 show that "Lubricants" do not fall under any category for Low-Emitting Materials credit. Does this still hold for LEED v4? Upon requests for VOC g/L documention, the manufacturer has not been able to provide proper backup. Thanks for your support in confirming approach towards lubricants in v4 system.
