Under v3, it was possible for projects outside the 1/2 mile walking distance to train transit to meet the credit via shuttle service (public or private), as long as the shuttle was within 2 miles driving distance of the station. Is this still the case with v4?
I have a project in a Boston suburb that is 1.15 miles walking distance (with sidewalks) to a major transit hub. The owner would entertain hiring a shuttle service if there was a LEED benefit (he might do it anyway...).
