Visitor parking only

Karen, my experience with this credit is that the reviewers view all car parking spaces, no matter how they are labeled as if they were included in your calculations. This has included physically challenged spaces, loading spaces, and yes, visitor spaces. Your calcs for FTE include visitors as well as your full/part time occupants. If a car can park there, I believe you can reasonably assume that the reviewer will note that for achieving credits and compliance because those spaces are in your LEED boundary. Perhaps there is a case to be made that these aren't in your boundary. Without knowing fully the project, I hesitate to advise further, but I've seen previous conversations referencing projects that have NO parking achieving credits ref vehicles. Hope this helps.
