I have a project that recieved LEED BD+C: New Construction v2 - LEED 2.2 in 2014. They recieved a credit for water reduction with low flow toilets.
First of all, do they need to recertify to keep their certification?
Second, if they install new low-flow toilets with less water reduction than they originally had, will that effect their certification after they have already been certified?

Hi Jason, apologies for the delayed response! Retrofitting plumbing fixtures will not impact your original LEED-NC certification, as that award covers the original design and construction of the project only.
