Can we still alter the location or renovate something after the standard review (for example: relocation of bike racks)?
I'am confused because GBCI wants to submit the application after the completion of project.
Please see below commercial guide for standard review:
"Through the standard review path, you will submit your entire application (all credits and prerequisite) once you've completed your project"

The standard review process is when you submit both design & construction credits for review, at the same time, generally near the end or after the project is completed. There will be 2 review stages: the preliminary and the final. You can change things after the prelim, and before final reviews, but you will need to submit any changes made after the prelim, in the final review. I had a project where it was discovered, after the location was laid out in the field, that the planned location for bicycle racks did not work well in relation to pedestrian and vehicular traffic, so the location was changed. We resubmitted the new location for the credit, in the final review process, even though the GBCI had approved the credit with the original location during the prelim review. Also please remember that there is no rush to start the review process; you have plenty of time to get everything finalized.
