ND-v2009 NPDc7:Transit facilities

Railway station

Hi, Our project includes railway station within the LEED ND v2009 project boundary, but no bus stop. The credit language doesn't clearly define what kinds of transit stop can contribute toward the credit. The railway station is applicable to meet the credit requirement? Noriko Yasuhara

Noriko, the credit applies to any kind of transit stop, whether bus, streetcar, BRT, rail, or ferry. As referenced in SLLp1 Option 3, this includes "light or heavy rail stations." Eliot
