ASHRAE Guideline 0 2005 or newer?

For EA prerequisite, the standard for commissioning that is referenced by USGBC (the 2005 edition) is now outdated. Should that standard be used or tne new updated one?

The credit language states that particular version so it should be the one used. I did not go and look to see it there has been any updates issues that would change it but it used to be that credit language could not change without a ballot.

I have checked the addenda, and no change has been made to the referenced standards, so the 2005 edition is still the requirement of the prerequisite and credit. I have not yet reviewed the 2013 edition to understand if there are any major changes.
