Occupancy rate for disabled

This is a similar situation for projects that need to provide supplemental calculations for unisex restrooms without urinals.

It is reasonable to calculate this based on the total # of restrooms with the one fixture flow rate vs. restrooms with the different fixture flow rate. However, it is also reasonable to provide a calculation based on the fixture count.

In any case, include a narrative and calculations to support your methodology.

Could you refer to my case as follow?

For instance, there are 3000 FTE within the building and 20 disabled restrooms. How do I know how many people (either normal or disabled people) out of 3000 FTE will use the disabled restrooms?

Can I calculate in the following method?
For disabled restroom: 3000*5%*1*230*(flow rate A)
For normal restroom: 3000*(1-5%)*1*230*(flow rate B)

where 5% the percentage of FTE who will use disabled restrooms
1 is once per day
230 is annual working days

I am trying to get advice on the "5%", is it reasonable for you?
