Option 1 Skylights

We are installing polycarbonate skylights on an industrial plant Core & Shell project. In order to comply with Option 1, i noticed it requires blinds as glazing elements to be installed, shouldn´t it be enought to use a Translucent White material? Has anyone had luck making this argument? I ran a simulation and the percentage of sDA compliance is at 12.50% due to the blinds factor when in ASE Grid Analyisis i comply with requirements because I have 0% of spaces that exceed limits of direct sunlight.
