Is CARB testing now required (LEED v4) for structural framing wood components such as glulam?

The way towards a reply is that LEED v4 understands composite wood as defined by the California Air Resources Board, Airborne Toxic Control Measure (ATCM). The most comprehensive definition of CARB can be seen here: https://www.arb.ca.gov/toxics/compwood/factsheet.pdf, and here: https://www.arb.ca.gov/toxics/compwood/engfabricator.pdf. Hoping this can be helpful.
