Mid-Rise-v4 EQp1:Ventilation

ASHRAE version for taller buildings

We are working on a multi-family residential building, which is 7 stories tall. The design team has opted for certification under LEED for Homes Midrise (https://www.usgbc.org/leedaddenda/100002128). This credit references ASHRAE 62.2. However per ASHRAE definition, this building is high-rise residential, which is covered by ASHRAE 62.1. How would you recommend complying with this prerequisite?

Sarah, ASHRAE 62.1 must be met for all non-unit space. ASHRAE 62.2 must be met for all in-unit space. Carissa
