For app G 90.1 it does not say explicitly if the pump should be constant or variable flow for the primary chilled water pump, the same thing for the condensing water pumps. I am assuming these as constant flow pumps, is this right ?

Primary chilled water is constant flow. Condenser water pump is riding the curve.
