Mid-Rise-v4 LTc2:Site selection

Midrise Site Credits as Master Site credits

I'm working on a project with multiple residential buildings in 4 types grouped on a 20 acre site. We'd like to use master site credits along with LEED Homes certification. Given that SS credits are often of multiple prongs/options - that is one can do A, B and/or C or D etc. and achieve points for each measure - how do master credits work? For instance, if an SS credit awards 1 point for "bicycle storage near a primary entry", that is clear enough for a building. How does it work for a site? Does each building still have to have it or is it sufficient for the storage to be centralized at the primary entrance to the development? And how is the master credit named - specific to the credit option or just generically according to the SS or LT credit name? I didn't see any information on this in the Campus Guidance document. Thanks for the help.

Jennifer, Currently, there is no Campus guidance for LEED for Homes. However, within each applicable credit, under the Verification and Submittals section in the Reference Guide, the Group Project information gives some campus-like options. Carissa
