hi, i am new with this LEED. now i design for a new project. under this NC-V4, EAC5, is the point award still based on the below table? percentage of on-site renewable energy LEED point 1% 1 3% 2 5% 3 7% 4 9% 5 11% 6 13% 7

No that is the table for LEED v2009 projects. See the credit language for the LEED v4 point scale.
