My project has Primary chilled water pumping and multiple distribution pumps after the heat exchange serving various AHU/RTU cooling coils. My question is should these distribution pumps be modeled as secondary pumps and the chilled water loop be run as Primary-secondary pumping loop? Same is the case on the heating side. Have hot water heat exchange having primary heating pumps and various pumps serving heating coils of AHU/RTU. Thanks in advance.

Sounds like primary-secondary to me.
