I am not seeing the LEED v2009 Innovation credit 3: Documenting Sustainable Building Cost Impacts listed under acceptable Innovation credits for v4. Are we able to submit for this innovation credit as an open innovation point? Is there a reason why it was not carried over?

I suspect that it wouldn't be accepted as an innovation credit based on the two observations pointed out - the credit was dropped from the v4 rating system and it's not listed in the v4 innovation credit catalog. USGBC's intent might be to drive teams towards completing a more hands-on cost analysis, in the form of the Triple Bottom Line pilot credit (https://www.usgbc.org/node/10447933?return=/credits/existing-buildings/v4/pilot-credits).
