What is the baseline assumption for this credit?

Hi All, We are designing a CI v4 office space in an existing high-rise building. When filling out the 'Energy-related systems' section, wonder what the baseline assumptions for each component supposed to be? Per building code/ASHRAE Standards/Existing building conditions? Thanks for helping out in advance!

There is no prescribed baseline. The project team should establish what they feel is a reasonable baseline for comparative purposes.
